Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster, DTU and DI hereby invite you to the second workshop regarding Smart Cities. This time the workshop will take a starting point in the different challenges posed by waste and transportation issues.

Do you want to be part of creating the Smart Cities of the future? The term "Smart City" covers the concept of a city containing technological, economical as well as environmentally friendly solutions when it comes to city development. Smart Cities place higher demands to the development of innovative and integrated solutions, and aims at working together across disciplines, industries and sectors.


The day comprises of the opportunity to take part in one of three workshops. These workshops, which include City logistic Copenhagen, Bottle deposit systems and smart recycling and the individualizing of the collective traffic, will all be discussed at the end of the day, with the purpose of studying matches between companies, scientists and governmental institutions and moreover, how these can contribute in making these visions become reality.
Further there is arranged a tour of Vestforbrændingen's waste ramp as well as plenty of networking opportunities.
