Risø DTU
Risø DTU is the National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy at the Technical University of Denmark – DTU.

Risø is a partner in Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster and the gateway to all of DTU in this initiative.

Core competencies include wind energy, fuel cells, solar cells, bio energy, catalysis, combustion technology, magnetic cooling, energy savings in buildings, super conductors, water cleaning, waste, light and strong materials, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen production and storage, electric cars and nanotechnology. Risø DTU offers the following activities for companies:

Cooperation on testing and demonstration
Use of existing Risø facilities for testing and demonstration in relation to R & D projects.

Risø is in the process of establishing facilities close to Risø where companies may set up test and demonstration units close to a world-class research environment. The goal is to increase cooperation between companies and scientists on the development of holistic and sustainable solutions.
