As one of the partners in Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster (CCC), Stateofgreen contributes to the success of the Cluster in the area of international visibility. The internet portal Stateofgreen showcases what Denmark can offer within Cleantech. With around 1200 descriptions of Danish cleantech projects, solutions and cases, it is an easy access point to the Danish cleantech sector. Through Stateofgreen you can find information and contact details about the major Danish cleantech players.
Since Stateofgreen was launched in the spring of 2009, it has been used all around the world. Decision makers from more than 200 countries and territories have searched Stateofgreen in order to find more information about Danish cleantech. More than 1 million times have Danish cleantech been showcased around the world through Stateofgreen. This compares to a stack of paper around 100 meters tall, which is higher than most of Copenhagen's city towers, if all the pages that has been seen on Stateofgreen is printed out and stacked on top of each other.
Project Manager Hanne Roulund points out, that one of the main drivers of Stateofgreen's success is the quality of the content on the internet portal.
"Stateofgreen has quality content form more than 350 editors within the Danish cleantech, who regularly contributes with new relevant and interesting content to the portal. By having this high amount of editors working as professionals in the field, Stateofgreen has ensured a continual flow of relevant information. The success of Stateofgreen, as the main access point to information about the Danish cleantech players, is thus based on the contributions from the whole cleantech sector in Denmark."
The continual development of Stateofgreen will strengthen its relevance for international decision makers, as will the close collaboration with Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster. Denmark is increasingly known as a place to look for inspiration when it come to cleantech.
