Your project in Beijing? (25.01.12)
In June the City of Copenhagen signs a general cooperation agreement with Beijing. The agreement may pave the way for concrete cleantech partnerships with companies and research institutions in the Beijing area. Copenhagen hence looks for cleantech projetcs that can benefit from more formal political ties between the two cities. -

CCC’s anniversary, the biggest public event during the so-called Green Week in Copenhagen in week 41, attracted much attention. Internet portal EnergyMap.dk is changing its name to ”State of Green – Join the Future. Think Denmark” and is to be the focal point for Denmark’s new, green brand. Big need for more test and demo facilities (25.10.11)
Over 70 per cent of Danish cleantech companies expect to be testing or demonstrating new technologies within the next three years and 74 per cent of them have more than two products, according to figures from the Technical University of Denmark’s Scion DTU science park, which has prepared a report on the subject in cooperation with Oxford Research and Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster. -

The Business Innovation Fund has started a new round of applications for green innovation. In this round, commercial products and services for the benefit of the climate and the environment are supported. Risø DTU a new EU initiative (28.04.11)
The EU has just launched a new project aiming to reach 20 per cent renewable energy in the EU countries in 2020 in a more profitable and efficient way. The project named "RES4LESS" is a two-year collaborative research and development project coordinated by the Dutch Energy Research Centre ECN and Risø DTU is a partner in the project, and leads a project group. -
World’s largest green caravan to depart from Denmark (25.03.11)

New networks to bring Asia to Copenhagen (13.01.11)

After five years as project partner on Energinet.dk’s Cell controller project in Denmark, the US based company Spirae Inc. is now concentrating its efforts on penetrating the Nordic market with the help of Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster (CCC). The first project for the newly established Danish subsidiary - Spirae DK - is a new project together with the city of Kalundborg. Short term two staff members will be hired, but the number of staff is expected to increase to 15-20 employees during the next few years. -
