CCC mapping shows Danish smart grid sector is world class
Smart grid market

There are 60 smart grid companies in Denmark, and Denmark is a leader when it comes to testing and demonstration of smart grid technologies. But it will require investments of DKK 9.8 billion over the next 10 years to develop a truly "intelligent" smart grid network. In return, this will provide at least 10,000 new jobs to highly trained employees.

As per 1 November, Rune Rasmussen has been employed as new Head of Secretariat for CCC. Rune takes over from Nicolai Sederberg Rottbøll, who will be dedicated to further development of new CCC initiatives.

Rune comes from a position in the City of Copenhagen's office for green growth in the Finance Committee.

Neelabh Singh has joined CCC as Project Manager for the new initiative Complex Cleantech Solutions.
