CCC – three months on
After three months, we can honestly say that Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster has made a good start – even though some of the hard work is still to be done

Since the launch of Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster on 9 September in Copenhagen's Bella Centre - also the venue of the UN's climate summit conference - the nine partners behind the initiative have been putting a tremendous effort into everything from establishing the secretariat and its functions to planning how the cluster's many different initiatives could be implemented in practice for the benefit of companies, universities and other cleantech parties. The focus was placed on creating a joint graphical identity and website that would be among the unifying elements in Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster.

In particular, the focus has been on two areas: establishing groups and activities, and formulating the communication plan that would help provide the basis for opinions and messages.

"Today the secretariat comprises three people and a fourth will be joining us soon," explains Nicolai Sederberg Rottbøll, head of Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster's secretariat. "We have virtually a complete overview of partners and groups, who is contributing what, how and how much, and how we are to map the many potential future interested parties who can gain from closer association with the cluster.
